Submission Preparation Checklist
All submissions must meet the following requirements.
- This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
- This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
- All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
- All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
- Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.

Authors who publish with the Journal of Evidence-Based Medical Research agree to the following terms.
1. Copyright. Authors retain copyright in their work without restriction. No transfer of copyright to the journal or publisher is required at any stage.
2. Licence. Articles are published under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Licence (CC BY 4.0). This permits any user to copy, distribute, remix, transform and build upon the work for any purpose, including commercially, provided the original work is properly cited.
3. Licence to publish. By submitting, authors grant JEBMR a non-exclusive licence to publish, reproduce and distribute the article and to sub-license it under the terms above.
4. Warranties. Authors confirm that the work is original; that it has not been published elsewhere and is not under consideration by another journal; that all named authors have contributed as described and have approved the submission; and that the work contains nothing unlawful or defamatory.
5. Third-party material. Authors confirm that written permission has been obtained for any third-party material included, and that the source is acknowledged.
6. Consent. Authors confirm that written informed consent for publication has been obtained for any identifiable patient material, and that all research involving human participants or animals had appropriate ethical approval.
7. Self-archiving. Authors may deposit any version of the article, including the published version of record, in any repository or website at any time, with no embargo period.
8. Accuracy. Authors accept responsibility for the accuracy of the content, including all references, and agree to cooperate with the journal in correcting or retracting the work should a significant error or concern arise.
Privacy Statement
The Journal of Evidence-Based Medical Research (JEBMR) respects the privacy of authors, reviewers, editors, readers, and all registered users of the journal website. The names, email addresses, affiliations, and other personal information entered into this journal site will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of this journal, including manuscript submission, editorial processing, peer review, publication, indexing, communication, and journal management.
JEBMR does not sell, rent, trade, or disclose users’ personal information to third parties for commercial or marketing purposes. Personal data may only be used by authorized journal staff, editors, reviewers, technical administrators, and publishing partners where necessary for legitimate scholarly publishing activities.
Information collected through the journal system may include user registration details, manuscript submission metadata, author and reviewer information, editorial correspondence, IP addresses, and website usage data. This information is used to manage submissions, support peer review, maintain publication records, improve the journal website, and ensure the integrity and security of the publishing process.
Authors are responsible for ensuring that any personal information included in submitted manuscripts, supplementary files, acknowledgments, ethics statements, or conflict of interest declarations is shared with appropriate consent where required. Published articles and their associated metadata may remain publicly available as part of the scholarly record.
Reviewer identities and confidential peer-review materials are protected according to the journal’s editorial and peer-review policies. Editorial communications, reviewer comments, and submission files are treated as confidential and are used only for the purposes of editorial evaluation and publication decision-making.
The journal website may use cookies or standard website analytics to support login functionality, improve user experience, maintain site security, and monitor general website performance. JEBMR retains submission records, publication metadata, editorial history, and related communication records as necessary to maintain the scholarly record, support indexing and archiving, resolve publication disputes, and comply with ethical publishing requirements.
